2,000 complainants sign up for Capita data breach class action

Barings Law, the company that sent a Letter of Claim to Capita over its high-profile security breach, has confirmed the number of clients that have signed up as it prepares a class action lawsuit aimed at the outsourcing giant has doubled to 2,000 since its last update in July. 

A representative told The Register that "Barings Law are still receiving a large number of enquiries and sign ups on a daily basis."
