Barings Law, the company that sent a Letter of Claim to Capita over its high-profile security breach, has confirmed nearly 1,000 clients have signed up as it prepares a class action lawsuit aimed at the outsourcing giant. A representative told The Register that "95 percent of Baring's clients relating to this are pension clients. The rest are former or current employees of Capita."
