Freevacy Ltd offers accredited training courses and therefore to enable delegates to sit their chosen exams Freevacy must pass personal information to the professional accrediting bodies.

On the occasions where we pass your information and contact details to our partners, we will only do so when we have received your explicit consent.

Chartered Institute for IT – BCS

Accredited Training Partner Agreement

Freevacy delivers accredited training courses for the Chartered Institute for IT – BCS.

Freevacy has signed a Provider Contract with the BCS which allows us to deliver the following BCS Certified training courses:

Freevacy is not a Data Processor for, nor does it process personal data on behalf of the BCS.

Our BCS Accredited Training Provider status does not infringe upon our personal data collection practices. We do not share any of your personal data with BCS without your prior consent.

We are required to provide the BCS feedback from delegates regarding courses they have attended. Delegates receive a feedback form at the end of their course, which enables us to fulfil our obligation to the BCS, and also allows us to improve the quality of our training services.

We are grateful to all delegates that complete these forms, including giving your name to enable your comments to be used.

Booking your BCS examination

We share the delegates name and email address at their request when they inform us that they wish to sit a BCS exam. We only pass across these details once the delegate has confirmed the specific exam date and where applicable have completed their exam prep and mock exam successfully.

BCS exams are now online electronic exams administered via Questionmark. BCS forward your information to Questionmark, who will then contact the delegate to set up an account to take a remote proctored exam via Examity.

BCS Exam Results

The BCS share your exam results (Marks only) with Freevacy as we are the Accredited Training Provider (ATP). This benefits us in a number of ways:

  • It enables us to monitor the success of our training
  • It helps us to improve the service we offer you
  • It allows us to maintain a record of exam results for our delegates

Freevacy does not share this information with any third party.

International Association of Privacy Professionals - IAPP

Accredited Training Partner Agreement

Freevacy delivers accredited training courses for the International Association of Privacy Professionals - IAPP.

Freevacy has signed a Provider Contract with the IAPP which allows us to deliver the following IAPP Certified training courses:

Registering with the IAPP

We share the delegates name, job title and employer name (if applicable), a contact address, telephone number and email address. We also share details of which IAPP training course(s) have been booked.

The IAPP use this information to create a customer portal and send an email to the delegate with their login details. The portal contains the course ebooks and examination vouchers along with the 1st year IAPP membership.

Online Training

Cisco Webex

We use Cisco's Webex video conferencing cloud-based software to deliver live online training. Because Webex enables online collaboration between the trainer and classroom attendees, your personal data is required to use the service.
