The World Economic Forum recommends that the cybersecurity industry broaden its focus from how data breaches occur to considering how impacted individuals can be better protected. The article suggests regulators work with cybersecurity insurers to refocus risk assessment models away from point-in-time models to continuous assessments aligned with emerging threats.
