Contract tracer fired for reporting data breach to ICO

A British contact tracer who claimed Serco sacked her after making a public interest disclosure to the ICO about leaking of personal data, and who subsequently filed a case with the employment tribunal had part of her legal case thrown out because she was working for an umbrella company and not Serco itself, a judge has ruled.
