Adolfo Hernandez, the current vice president of telecommunications at Amazon Web Services, will replace Lewis as CEO. The news comes after the company suffered a cyber-attack in March, which resulted in the potential loss of confidential data. Capita said Lewis was not stepping down as a direct result of the breach and had instead delayed his retirement in order to lead the company's response to the crisis.
