Irish High Court permits Facebook to file judicial review against DPC

The Irish High Court has determined Facebook can file a Judicial Review against the Irish Data Protection Commission. The court has also paused the DPC's "ex officio" investigation into Facebook's data transfers between the EU and U.S. The news comes after Facebook filed an appeal with the court to challenge the DPC's order to stop transborder data transfers.
