Facebook launches legal challenge against Irish DPC over data transfers

Facebook is appealing the order from the Data Protection Commission in Ireland to suspend data transfers from the EU to the U.S. In their appeal to the Irish High Court, Facebook argues the DPC issued its decision before receiving guidance from the European Data Protection Board.
