Irish DPC details children's data processing consultation submissions

The Irish Data Protection Commission has released submissions to its public consultation on draft guidance on appropriate children's data processing. The DPC confirmed 27 organisations from a range of industries offered comments. In publishing the comments, including transparency around regulator feedback, the DPC reflects the goal to provide "an insight into the level of engagement we experienced and to provide an overview of the headline trends and themes."
