ICO fines British Airways £20m in reduced GDPR penalty

The ICO has fined British Airways £20m for failing to protect the personal and financial details of more than 400,000 of its customers. The fine follows a number of delays and a significant reduction from the announcement of the intention to fine BA £183m back in July 2019.
