Information Commissioner delays British Airways and Marriott GDPR Fines

Following on from the announcements in July 2019 that the ICO had given notices of intention to fine British Airways and Marriott, the ICO has recently issued a statement delaying the issuance of both GDPR fines, originally been expected by the end of 2019. The ICO now has until 31st March 2020 to finalise the penalties
