Benchmarking the UK's proposed DPDIB 2.0 against the GDPR

An IAPP resource comprehensively summarises the Data Protection and Digital Information (No.2) Bill (DPDIB) proposed changes, benchmarking them against the EU General Data Protection Regulation based on whether the changes will be easier or more difficult to implement. The authors note that compliance becomes harder whenever there is change, but in this study, the objective was to show whether changes are helpful or not.
