FPF publishes 2023 report exploring EU DPAs enforcement priorities

The Future of Privacy Forum (FPF) has published the third report in a series looking at the regulatory priorities of European data protection authorities. (DPAs). The report: Evolving enforcement priorities in times of debate – Overview of regulatory strategies of European Data Protection Authorities for 2023 and beyond is presented at a time when the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) enforcement model is coming under increased scrutiny. The report compares the findings of DPAs 2021 and 2022 annual reports along with their strategic priorities.
