FPF report explores regulatory EU DPAs strategies

The Future of Privacy Forum has released a report forecasting the future of data protection enforcement. The report Insights into the Future of Data Protection: Regulatory strategies of European Data Protection Authorities for 2021-2022. The report found DPAs are modernising regulatory approaches, ramping up enforcement action in response to the Court of Justice of the European Union’s decision on data transfers and have identified children’s personal data protection as a priority.
