Meta Faces £2.2bn lawsuit for anti-competitive behaviour

A collective proceedings order hearing for a £2.2 billion lawsuit against Meta is being heard in the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) between 30 January and 1 February. The CAT will now decide if the claim should be certified as a collective action and proceed to a full trial. See the timeline of the claim.
