Amnesty International report highlights EU inaction to address spyware

A recent report by Amnesty International revealed that Europe is a safe haven for spyware companies, partly due to the lack of effective action from the Council of the European Union and European Commission in regulating the export of spyware and surveillance technology

The report: The Predator Files: Caught in the Net’ highlights the EU’s inefficiency in regulating the spyware sector, particularly concerning Intellexa Alliance, a group involved in developing and marketing a wide range of surveillance products.
