Unfortunately, modern AI models can be opaque, leaving us with little transparency or explanation of how a given result is obtained. This is where Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) comes in. XAI offers a potential solution by providing greater clarity and understanding of how AI models make decisions. But it's also important to consider the benefits and risks of XAI, as well as its relationship with data protection. Ultimately, XAI has the potential to have a significant impact on our society in the years to come.
