EDPB publishes digest of one-stop-shop cases

The European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has published a case digest looking at a selection of examples of final One-Stop-Shop decisions under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Commissioned as part of its Support Pool of Experts initiative, the digest focuses on the right to object and right to erasure. "In the cases examined, there is a frequent link between the request to stop any further processing of personal data for marketing purposes and the request to erase previously collected data."
