Irish DPC publishes enforcement case study handbook

The Irish Data Protection Commission (DPC) has published a case study handbook showcasing their enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the first five years of its implementation. With 126 case studies, the booklet provides relevant examples of the DPC's focus and approach to handling various types of complaints. In publishing the handbook, the DPC hopes to illustrate how non-compliant practices are identified and corrective measures imposed.
