CMA publishes Q3 report on Google's privacy sandbox

The UK Competition and Markets Authority has published its Q3 2023 report on Google's Privacy Sandbox compliance commitments. The CMA report summarises the progress made following the commitments the regulator approved in February 2022 relating to competition concerns over Google's plans to replace third-party cookies. Separately, the CMA has published guidance explaining how market participants should use the testing modes created within Google's privacy sandbox.
