Biden signs US FISA Section 702 reauthorisation

On 20 April, shortly after the programme's deadline was due to expire, US President Joe Biden signed legislation approving a two-year extension of Section 702 of the US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Earlier in the day, the US Senate voted 60 in favour and 34 against, in support of the extension.
