Following the recent privacy complaints about its Productivity Score tool, Microsoft has agreed to tweak how it looks and operates. In a blog post yesterday, Microsoft announced two key changes being made. First, Productivity Score will no longer have user names in the product at all and will measure aggregate data from now on, which means you can see the score at the only organisational level. The second change reflects how the product is designed to measure the adoption of new technology, not how much work is getting done.
