Pornhub accused of illegal data collection

Pornhub is facing legal challenges in Europe over its handling of user data. Activists and researchers have filed a complaint in Italy claiming that the company is violating EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules by not allowing users to easily opt out of cookies, not being clear about data sharing with third parties, and using an algorithm to assign sexual preferences based on viewed videos.
