National Data Guardian annual report 2021-2022

The National Data Guardian has published its annual report for 2021-2022. The report, which represents the first full year in position for Dr Nicola Byrne, covers the work carried out by her team in three main areas: NDG projects, advising the system and influencing data policy. 

Contained in the report, the NDG stressed "the important role that transparency in data use plays in the building of public trust" for the NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) programme's success.
