Amazon facing £300m EU fine by Luxembourg DPA

The National Commission for Data Protection in Luxembourg (CNPD) has issued a draft decision proposing a fine of more than £300m against Amazon’s for alleged GDPR violations regarding the companies collection and use of personal data. The CNPD is now seeking responses from the 26 other DPAs.
