Cyber insurance model broken, should ban ransomware payments

According to the Royal United Services Institute's latest report, Cyber Insurance and the Cyber Security Challenge, cyber insurance isn't pushing organisations to improve their information security practices. Not only this, but some insurers are considering withdrawing from the market due to the impact of ransomware.
