Web domains offering alleged sales of stolen personal data seized

The US Department of Justice has announced the seizure of weleakinfo.to, ipstress.in and ovh-booter.com web domains allegedly connected with cyberattacks-for-hire schemes and selling stolen personal information. The operation was conducted in coordination with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and law enforcement agencies in Belgian and the Netherlands. According to the authorities, weleakinfo.to obtained over 10,000 data breaches with 7 billion records containing names, email addresses, usernames, phone numbers and passwords for several accounts. Both the ipstress.in and ovh-booter.com websites offered distributed denial-of-service attacks.
