US signs two cybersecurity bills into law

US President Joe Biden has signed two bills into law to enhance cybersecurity measures within federal, state and local governments. Firstly, the Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program Act will require cybersecurity professionals to rotate through federal agencies in order to offer expertise. Secondly, the State and Local Government Cybersecurity Act aims to improve coordination on cybersecurity between state and local governments and the Department of Homeland Security.
