Tory leadership vote delayed after security concerns

The delivery of ballot papers for the conservative leadership vote has been delayed over security concerns raised by the  National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). The postal ballot packs for the vote of the next prime minister were expected to be sent out from Monday to around 160,000 Conservative party members. However, tory members have been advised in an email that ballot packs will be delayed, possibly as late as 11 August.
