Palantir goes public

The controversial data-mining and analytics software company Palantir Technologies could be valued at as much as $22bn when it begins trading on the New York Stock Exchange next week. 

Update: Business Insider reveals U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez asked the Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate Palantir for failing to disclose its business practices before hitting the stock exchange.
