Meghan wants judge to rule against newspaper without trial

Lawyers for the Duchess of Sussex have written to Mr Justice Warby to ask if he will make a “summary judgment” and rule in her favour without a trial. The duchess is seeking damages over the alleged misuse of her personal data, a breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 along with copyright infringement by the Mail on Sunday.
