A draft government document seen by the Guardian explains how the NHS contact-tracing app could slow the spread of the coronavirus. The memo also discusses giving MP’s authority to order de-anonymisation in order to identify people from their smartphones. Earlier last weekend The Guardian reported how tech firms are using confidential NHS information to build a 'Covid-19 datastore.
