Conservative party illegally collected ethnicity data on 10m voters

Speaking at a digital, culture, media and sport select committee meeting on Tuesday morning, Information Commissioner Elizabeth Denham told MPs that the Conservative Party had no legal basis for collecting ethnicity data of 10 million voters before the 2019 general election.
