Twitter close to receiving its first GDPR fine

The Irish Data Protection Commission is moving closer to reaching an enforcement decision for a Twitter over a data breach disclosed in 2019 after a majority of EU data protection authorities agreed to back the DPCs draft settlement submitted earlier this year.
