Research reveals bypass of IAB's Transparency and Consent Framework

A new study reveals that adtech companies continue to target ads to users despite having opted out through IAB Europe's Transparency and Consent Framework. The research conducted by Adalytics found that companies reporting user choices through TCF were continuing to track regardless of an opt-out signal and pre-setting cookies on a user before a choice was made.
