Class action suit filed against DeepMind over NHS data scandal

UK law firm Mischon de Reya has launched a representative action case against Google and DeepMind Technologies for breaching data protection law. The class action-style lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Andrew Prismalln and the approximately 1.6 million others whose confidential medical records were obtained by DeepMind without their knowledge or consent.
