The Swedish data protection authority, Datainspektionen, has fined Google around 7 million euros for alleged violations of the GDPR. The DPA issued the fine after it found Google did not correctly remove two search results listings that it ordered the company to take down in 2017. Google has three weeks to appeal, which an article by Politico claims will happen due to Google disagreeing with the Sweedish decision.
