Stanford University's DigiChina Project has published a report outlining measures for managing generative artificial intelligence (AI) services. The measures state that content generated through the use of generative AI must respect individuals' "reputation rights and personal privacy" and "it is prohibited to illegally obtain, divulge or use personal information and private (information), as well as commercial secrets."
