CJEU defines 'addresses' under Enforcement Directive

In the course of infringement proceedings, right-holders may request that an infringer, as well as any other involved persons, provide the names and address of users-infringers. The CJEU has given a uniform interpretation of the term 'addresses'. It has ruled that under the Enforcement Directive that an intermediary is not required to provide any email address, telephone number, or IP address that the user used to upload infringing material.
