EDPB and Spanish DPA developing age verification systems guidelines

The Spanish data protection authority AEPD has confirmed that the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) has begun developing guidelines for age verification systems on the Internet. The AEPD and EDPB will work together on the initiative. Spain's Council of Ministers approved a Working Group to support the initiative in which the AEPD can collaborate with other public organisations.
