Google issued 600,000 euro right to be forgotten fine in Belgium

Google has received a record 600,000 euro fine from the Belgium DPA for not complying with GDPR's right to be forgotten. The fine was applied after Google failed to remove links to articles from its search that the DPA said were “obsolete” and damaging to the reputation of a person with a public profile in Belgium.
