The UK listed credit reference agency Experian has confirmed that it is investigating whether a personal data breach of millions of people in Brazil, which was offered for sale illegally online, is connected with its Brazilian business Serasa. This comes after ICO enforcement action over the companies use of personal data in its data brokering businesses.
