PwC releases 2024 Voice of the Consumer Survey

New research from PwC reveals privacy is a critical driver of consumer trust. According to the 2024 Voice of the Consumer Survey, 83% of respondants "overwhelmingly" confirm that the protection of their personal data is essential for earning their trust. A further 80% of respondents demanded assurances regarding the privacy of their personal information. The survey sought the views of more than 20,000 consumers surveyed across 31 countries and territories. 

The final report called for organisations to safeguard personal data while still using it to provide personalized services and enhanced customer experiences as one of the six consumer trust imperatives.
