Updated incident reporting guidance for the digital infrastructure subsector

Ofcom has published revised guidance covering incident reporting obligations for operators of essential services in the digital infrastructure sub-sector under the Network and Information Security (NIS) Regulations 2018. The revised guidance requires that any incidents meeting the new loss and degradation thresholds, which last for 15 minutes or longer, must be reported.
