The risks of attaching data flows with trade agreements

The EU data protection model in place in the UK is at risk. The EU believes adequacy decisions should regulate international data transfers, not trade deals. The UK has a different view. Consequently, the risks increase as the UK enters more international agreements involving more counties. The ORG sets out its concerns about this approach.
