ORG considers legal action to end unlawful RTB

In a blog article on Thursday, the Open Rights Group has said it is considering legal action over how the ICO has failed to "take action" over the use Real-Time-Bidding practices in the UK by online advertising companies. In an update to this post, Politico reports that the ORG has filed its legal challenge.
