OECD examines overlap between competition and privacy

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has published a white paper exploring the relationship between competition and data privacy. Later this month, the OECD will host a roundtable to discuss how considerations from one area can be included in the other, examine enforcement interventions and regulatory measures, and offer insights on cooperation models between competition and data privacy regulators.
