Microsoft AI has announced that it is to open a new hub in London. The new hub will be led by Jordan Hoffmann, an AI scientist and engineer at Microsoft AI. Mustafa Suleyman, executive vice president and CEO of Microsoft AI, said that the company plans to make a significant investment in the region, hiring the best AI scientists and engineers. The hub will leverage Microsoft's recent £2.5 billion investment in the UK, which aims to upskill the workforce for the AI era.
