Meta announces new tools for operationalising privacy compliance

Meta has announced the launch of its Federation Platform, which offers a scalable set of tools for managing compliance-related tasks. In addition, the tech company has introduced Privacy Waves, a method for batching these tasks to ensure accountability. Together, the Federation Platform and Privacy Waves provide a structured, effective, and sustainable approach to operationalising its privacy work, which Meta claims will help it to protect user data.
