In the ongoing dispute between Meta and the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the US Court of Appeals has denied a request by Meta to issue an emergency injunction preventing the FTC from holding an in-house that could result in a ban on monetising teenagers' personal data for targeted advertising.
